My name is Sharon and I have been supporting women for twenty years, encouraging them to put self love at the core of their wellness journey to create new healthy behaviours and habits🧡

I have experienced low confidence and shame during a dark time in my life and as a result my wellness took a backseat. When we have a negative mindset we do not feel that we are capable of achieving the things we say that we want to achieve. I eventually came back to a place of self love and acceptance and this is when I started feeling capable of prioritising my health again.

*You don't have to torture yourself for hours in the gym.

*You don't have to go hungry.

*You don't have to give up certain foods.

My program does not provide quick fixes but it will help you to understand language like can't, should, need, always and try, which disempower you.

How did you find the length of the program?

I think it flowed really well and I learnt alot.


How did you feel about the pace of the learning?

At first I thought I was going to find it hard to find the time to do it, but actually it was very easy. You only need about 20 mins a day. I found it useful to have 20 uninterrupted focused mins to do it. Others might want to dip in and out.

How has this program helped you?

If you're someone who lacks self worth, you may be internally using language that you're unaware of or the language you use with others. This lesson helps bring them to the forefront and raises awareness, which is always the first step. Language is the single most important tool we use to communicate with others, so if we're able to reframe how we speak, then feelings of self worth would increase. I feel I am more aware of how I speak to myself and use the reframing tool to help me establish a healthy conversation.

Language has a big impact on emotions, even language from others can affect us. It can change your mood and intern behaviour. I would actually say, after doing this lesson, Language is the most powerful tool for self awareness and development.

Sometimes we need somebody by our side

When we have spent a long time telling ourself that we will do something and we do not adhere to it, this can really knock our self-belief.

Often it is the plan that has failed, we have not failed.

But sometimes, even when the plan is right and clients are clear about WHAT they want,

WHY they want and HOW they will go about it, the plan does not fall into place.

This is because an important piece of the puzzle i.e self-belief is missing. To boost our self-belief again we must start with our thoughts/language.
With my program I'll be by your side to support you to start rebuilding your self-belief.

The tools of exercise and nutrition will work short term, but without our self-belief we will only be able to adhere to using these tools short term.

What we need for long term wellness are positive actions consistently - with a bit of balance thrown in to make this sustainable.
